Lovely family home with spacious backyard and big pool. Outdoor area equipped with barbecue. Centrally located on a very safe Neiborhood. Only 10 Minutes from MIA Airport, 25 minutes from South Beach, 20 minutes to lively Wynwood area and 20 minutes to Brickell City Center. The home has a private entrance with parking on premise for up to three cars.

It was a perfect place close to all my family I was visiting. Where i was also able to enjoy some very much needed private time and vacation.

The positives: great pool and private backyard, close to airport and never heard one plane. Quiet neighborhood at night, comfy beds.
The cons: could use a deep cleaning, there were no garbage bags, hand soap, and ran out of toilet paper and paper towels after 2days and we were staying 6 days. We had to go to store to buy all basic stuff as response from host was minimal and didn't offer solution.
If you have small children or elderly parents be aware there are stairs into the home, down to the kitchen, into backyard and there are no railings.
Wifi is only available in parts of the house so if multiple people need to work it can be difficult and could only do video calls in same room as router.
