My stay was great the house is beautiful but the ants was a little bit too much… Overall we enjoyed our visit

This house was the perfect size for twelve people. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. Rick provided more amenities than most vrbo owners - soap, toilet paper, kleenex, coffee liners, beach towels, videos, blow dryers, suntan lotion, etc. We appreciated Rick’s text with local restaurants. He was very helpful and quick to respond to questions.
My family felt that this house was not a 7 bedroom house. The 7th “bedroom” was an office with a sofa/futon. My teenage grandson slept on the sleeper/futon. The futon was very uncomfortable in the middle where it was folded. This “bedroom” was listed with a twin bed.
We enjoyed the nice residential area. Great area for walking. We drove to the grocery stores and restaurants that were about a five minute drive. This area is laid back compared to Miami with the heavy traffic.
This house is a beautiful house, but just needs some tender-loving care. The squeaky doors could be fixed with WD 40. The 2 coffee tables, office desk & kitchenette tables just need a few screws to make them sturdy. The whirlpool tub in the master bedroom didn’t work.
