Very quiet, and Peaceful. Very clean and good location for the places I like to fish. One suggestion. Really need lights on stairs leading to dock.

Everything about this place was perfect, nice, clean, quiet, the greatest getaway place I’ve been to so far, host texts back the fastest I’ve ever seen, we recommend this place to all who head toward Hemphill, Texas or just to be on the river , even tho we had to leave early , it was the best place to stay
