About this campground/ rv resort rental

If you're looking for a waterfront property in Toledo Bend with a beautiful scenic view, then this is the perfect place for you! There's plenty of space here, and it's very peaceful and family-friendly. You'll love spending your days relaxing on the water or exploring all that this area has to offer. Rental is a new double-wide with all new furnishings and in close proximity to Toledo Town restaurants and grocery store. Community Boat Launch on same road access. Fishing pier and boat tie-off on property.

Overall, a clean, comfortable stay. Large parking area for boat and trailer. If you need to charge batteries, have to pull to the not-driveway side in the grass as we did not find an outlet other than there. All was clean on surfaces-floors, sinks, counters, towels, toilets. The master bath drain had visible accumulation of hair in it making for slow draining. The Keurig had not been cleaned in a good minute-I cleaned it as I need my coffee lol. It should be noted that this property is down a fairly long dirt/gravel road. We failed to ask about that.
