Discover luxury at this expansive, all-suite, 7BR/7BA, private Colorado estate located at 8,000' elevation, in the premier Beaver Creek Ski Resort of the Vail Valley. Newly renovated and furnished in 2022. Featuring soaring ceilings, skylights, three wood and gas burning fireplaces, outdoor hot tub, and private mountain views. Located on exclusive Holden Road in the gated community of one of Beaver Creek’s most prestigious mountain neighborhoods just 3 minutes drive from Beaver Creek Resort & Golf Club. This 3-level home has 8,864 square feet of living space and spaciously sleeps 16.

The Space:
LIVING AREAS

The stunning Great Room has soaring vaulted ceilings and is beaming with natural light. Relax on the sprawling u-shaped sectional sofa & armchairs around the gorgeous stone, wood burning fireplace. The massive mounted elk makes sure you get a full mountain home experience.

A second living room / billiard and bar room also features high ceilings, a pool table, a large flat-screen TV, large sectional sofa, armchairs, and a wet bar with seating for three with its own fridge and ice maker. Stocked with board and card games for fun-filled nights.

The house also boasts a bright and airy sunroom for morning coffee, meditation and wildlife viewing. A lofted game room is equipped with brand new air hockey table, shuffleboard table, Golden Tee arcade, sofa and TV. It's fun for all ages!

KITCHEN & DINING

The gourmet chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a Sub-Zero fridge, Wolf gas range and double oven, two sinks, two dishwashers, two Sub-Zero fridge drawers, and a wine fridge. Enjoy coffee at the island with seating for four.

Gather for meals in two beautiful dining areas: an expansive, formal round table for eight, or at a more casual, fireplace appointed breakfast nook for six lit with skylights.

VILLAGE SHUTTLES are complimentary inter-resort shuttles that operates within Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch for guests. There are fixed routes with pickups at several stops throughout Beaver Creek during the winter. The shuttle circulates continuously during the daytime, reaching each stop every 5 – 20 minutes. Download the app, Village Connect, create an account, and you can request rides to and from any destination. Or available on call at 970.949.1938. The shuttle has a ski rack on the back so you can ride it straight to the base of the slopes!

HIGH MOUNTAIN TAXI provides 24-hour door to door service between Vail, Beaver Creek, Avon, Cordillera, Eagle County Regional Airport and Aspen. Reservations are accepted. 970.524.5555

TOWN OF AVON BUSES are free and run to Beaver Creek Village from 8:00 am – 5:30 pm during the winter ski season between the Covered Bridge Transportation Center and Avon Station near the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa.

EAGLE COUNTY TRANSIT known as “ECO Transit” operates a bus service between Vail, Beaver Creek, Avon, and Edwards. You can catch the buses at the Reception Center by the main gate or the Bear Lot by the west entrance to Beaver Creek. Cost is $7 each way.

Other Things to Note:
Beds are dressed in fresh, white, cotton sheets and duvets. Along with plush, white bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes and bath mats. We've also provided hand soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer in each bathroom. Laundry and dish detergent, cleaning supplies, trash bags and a startup supply of toilet paper and paper towels provided.

Amazing!!! We were a family of 10. My husband, myself, our son with his family of 5 and our daughter with her 2 year old. My father in law and my sister in law with my nephew for 1/2 of the week. The house is perfect and very roomy. The neighborhood is a dream and very private and safe. Amanda the property manager arranged for AC units in the bedrooms which made the house complete!! The weather was amazing and there’s so much to do! My guys loved the golf, we went on hikes, ride horses went to the top of vail mountain and so much more. We attended a wedding at the church in town. We plan to be back!!!
