This Platinum, ultra-spacious (sleeps 16), three-level townhome is an easy stroll from Beaver Creek Village, offering a great room with cathedral ceilings and a gas fireplace, a chef’s kitchen with dual dishwashers and a gas range and five guest suites, each on the lower level and outfitted with an attached bathroom (four have a king size bed, the fifth is a true kid’s hideaway with three sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds). Additional features include a family room with billiard and game tables, a home office, recumbent exercise bike and treadmill, a ski room with boot heaters, a washer and dryer, radiant heat, and garage or driveway parking for two vehicles. This home also has three twin rollaway beds, high chairs, and a crib which is complimentary for use. **Construction on neighboring townhomes with daytime noise and trucks in cul-de-sac present through summer 2025**
