This is an outstanding property! The owner of the property was so helpful with anything we needed to make our stay wonderful! The property was beautiful, clean, and modern. We would gladly stay there again!!!

The area has some homeless people in the area going through trash cans and back dumpsters.
There is an industrial facility across the alley with trucks and equipment going in and out even at night/early morning. Not constantly but not quiet.
The garage door is larger than the side post for the gate across the back. So if you judge exiting by using the garage door as a guide you will hit something. The garage is unusable unless it’s a mini car. The business behind has a gate going across so you can’t back out straight. I damaged the rental car trying to get in and out.
Parking on the side street is not optimal.
The coffee maker needs an upgrade as does the silverware. The forks are tiny and few.
The other occupants in the building are very noisy. You can hear conversations through the walls. The sound systems shake the floor.
I asked for a second key and never received it.
The wifi when out several times.
The location was good for the purpose which is why it was chosen.
The owner did respond to the garbage disposal problem but it took the maintenance guy two trips to fix it. He tried to satisfy but there were too many things
