This is a beautiful, newly remodeled 2-bed and 2-bath home in a nice and safe neighborhood with full kitchen, AC, washer/dryer, and EV charger is located in Culver City, 6 miles from LAX Airport. The house is a front unit of a duplex building. The house offers complete privacy while being in a ten-mile radius of the top locations in Los Angeles; including many beaches, UCLA, Universal Studios and much more! Perfect affordable stay for tourists. Many amenities included to maximize comfort! This is a front unit of a duplex building. Recently remodeled with central AC, new kitchen, new bathrooms, flooring with new appliances. The driveway has plenty of parking space. Free parking on the driveway close to the front unit while still allowing parking for the back unit. We just live few blocks away from the unit. If there is a need I can stop by or can be reached by phone A very nice and safe neighborhood close to Sony studio. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, yet close to good restaurants and coffee shop few steps away; There is a beautiful Culver Blvd walking trial few steps away, and only a couple of miles from LAX and the ocean—Marina Del Rey is its closest waterfront neighbor—and next to the low-lying Baldwin Hills., good for morning or evening hike. You can bike to the ocean along the 4.5 miles of Ballona creek or Culver Blvd bike trail

It's a small house that looks recently remodeled. Clean, comfortable and in a great location. A few little details could make it even better, but it's a great value for money, well managed and well positned. We would stay again.

This wonderful home had all that we needed. It was laid out perfectly for my husband who has Parkinson’s and our son who traveled with us was comfortable in the second bedroom. It was ideal having a bathroom with a walk-in shower. When we left the landscaping was being completed and was just beautiful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The property manager was available to take care of anything we needed. It is a lovely home, quite comfortable and clean. We enjoyed visiting Sony Pictures which was close by and the Wende Museum as well. Close car ride into town, Santa Monica and Beverly Hills.
