Beautifully appointed two-bedroom, three-bath penthouse overlooking Lake Dillon. Located in one of the prime spots in Summit County, you cannot beat the unparalleled views of Lake Dillon and the Ten Mile Mountain Range.
There are so many things to love about this home, including the panoramic views of Lake Dillon and the Rocky Mountains the minute you walk through the door. The condo boasts many large windows, allowing you to take in these incredible views and enjoy the well-lit home. Step outside to your private deck and enjoy the beauty of Lake Dillon in any season.
This home has been completely remodeled and beautifully decorated. The living room features a sectional couch, a large HD TV, and a gas fireplace. There is a full kitchen with granite countertops and everything you need to entertain, including a Keurig coffee machine (along with a drip coffee maker as well). The dining area features a brand new and gorgeous dining room table, seating up to 8.
There is complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and cable for all your entertainment needs.
The master bedroom features a king bed, an HD TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom features a bunk bed with a double mattress on top and a king mattress on the bottom. There is easy access to the other two full bathrooms. One of the guest bathrooms features a large walk-in shower.
For your convenience, there is a front-loading washer/dryer in the unit and a storage room for skis, boots, etc.

We had a great time! This place has an awesome view of mountain and lake! We enjoyed the walks in the frozen lake, surrounded with snow mountains. We saw someone was fishing in the lake ( only seen it in the movies), build a snowman, skiing in the lake…The grocery stores and restaurants( great Pho soup) are about 5-10 min drive, so convenient! We would love to come back again! BTW, when we text the management with questions, they responded back right away! We woke up with fresh snow to play with and was snowing when we were leaving…

We give our highest rating to Lake Cliffe A308, where we enjoyed one of the best vacations we've ever had over the course of nearly 3 weeks. Each day, after a fabulous hike or other adventure, it was so nice to come home to this lovely condo with outstanding 180-degree views of the Lake and Mountains. We have stayed in a number of other Lake Cliffe condos over the last 20 years, and there is no better view than this one. The owner has done an outstanding job at tastefully renovating this condo, with modern high-end appliances, and equipping the kitchen with everything anyone would ever need. He has replaced all of the windows and sliding doors onto the private patio, which looks out over the landscape. SkyRun's guest services are also tremendous. You will love staying here!

Came to Dillon for a concert and booked this lovely property for the weekend. The views were exceptional and had everything we could possible need for the weekend. Thanks to the washer and dryer on premise we were able to pack light so we could fill our suitcases full of merch/ new clothing. Will definitely be coming back and could not recommend a place more.

Fabulous views. Weve stayed all over the Dillon / Frisco area and now were spoiled. Views and quiet! Well appointed - the kitchen, furnishings in front rooms and bedrooms. And super nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The climb up the 3 floors wasnt bad either. We hope to get the same unit again next year!
