You will love the location & layout of this recently remodeled historic Craftsman on a quiet street near East Nashville's 5 Points arts & entertainment district. You are less than a 5 minute walk from dozens of trendy & iconic bars, restaurants, & cafes & a 5 minute Uber from downtown & Nissan Stadium
The inside boasts a large open layout, 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a primary suite on the 2nd floor, plus all modern amenities, off-street parking, & a large backyard & deck for entertaining
This 2000 sq ft 1922 Craftsman home was completely updated in 2023. The layout is open and inviting and truly made to entertain. Custom artwork from local artists adorn the walls and shelves of nearly every room in the home along with custom artisanal tilework in the kitchen and bathrooms.
On the main floor is a large, open concept living and dining area with incredible natural light, a massive sectional, 60 in smart TV, high-end record player and vinyl collection, large custom art pieces, a designated office area, and 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
The bedrooms all have their own closets with hangers provided. The brand new designer mattresses and bedding sets allow for a great night's sleep. And one of the bedrooms includes a brand new sleeper sofa should you need it.
Upstairs, you will find a primary suite with a designer king bed, large picture windows, a 60 in smart TV, a dresser, a massive closet and a private bathroom with a bidet.
The fully-stocked kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, gas range and stove, Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K-cups, dishwasher, blender, air fryer, toaster, and all the essential cookware, bake ware, silverware, and pots & pans needed for staying in and making meals.
Wanna go out? World famous establishments such as Mas Tacos, Dino's, Pharmacy Beer Garden & Burger Parlor, Barista Parlor, Coral Club, Lyra and more are all within 2 blocks of the home. Dozens of bars and restaurants and coffee shops in 5 Points are only an 8 minute walk away. The host was very responsive, informative and communicated very clearly. The spaces were appointed very well, with comfortable beds and unique artwork. There were ample amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen.

Hard to rate this one. Home is in an excellent location - nice neighborhood, older homes with lots of character. Photos of the property are not entirely accurate in that the condition of the home particularly the outdoor deck and backyard is not what was expected based on photos - old furniture and not maintained. Kitchen amenities were poor - limited glassware and dishes for 8 people. The host sends a very lengthy check-in list of instructions that includes requests that you not use the washer/dryer without permission, do not move furniture, etc. which is somewhat off-putting but otherwise, the check-in process was straight-forward.Our biggest issue had to do with communication. When we arrived the upstairs master bedroom A/C was not working and the temp in the room was 90. We contacted the host and he indicated that he was "off the grid" and unavailable for communication during the weekend - he indicated that he had informed us of this but he had not. He was clearly bothered by the inconvenience that this was causing him rather than us. Ultimately, he did get an HVAC person to come out for an emergency.For the right group and under the right circumstances, I am sure that this home/host would be a good fit. Not for us.
