beautiful house in a great location. Plenty of space for my whole family to sleep comfortably, cook meals, hang out in the living room/dining room/fire pit. Would definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay here with our adult children and grandkids! There's plenty of room for everyone, and the amenities are well thought out. Easy check-in process. I have never felt unsafe in this neighborhood, which is very walkable. There are plenty of great places to dine if you're a foodie like we are.

This was my 2nd stay at Maxwell house. We were celebrating a 21st birthday & college graduation. The property owners had setup a fun celebratory treat bowl on the table for our arrival. The upgrade of a 3rd full bathroom & moving the entrance to the upstairs bathroom to the hallway are nice improvements especially because we were a group of 10 women. The house has everything one might need in a vacation home & then some. The location is great, grocery store is close by, many walkable restaurants, & short uber ride to other attractions like Broadway. I highly recommend this home.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and had many nice perks! Everything you need in a house and more! Great location to walk to go eat out, short Uber ride to downtown. We all said we would stay there again!
