About this apartment rental
Have an unforgettable stay in a sunny european style waterfront unit with Tempure-Pedic mattresses with adjustable bases in the master bedroom, HTDV in living room (42”), master bedroom (42”) and guest bedroom (32''), Apple TVs, sleeper sofa in the living room, high-speed WiFi Internet in the unit and at the pool.
If, however you have to work, we provide a standing desk with large High Res Monitor, Laser printer and DELL and Microsoft Docking Stations. You only need to bring you notebook.
Enjoy the spectacular view of Boca Ciega Bay. Watch dolphins play in front of your balcony and dive into unforgettable sunsets.
Living room and master bedroom are waterfront. From the guest bedroom you may watch the golfers trying their luck at the signature hole (island green) of the Isla Del Sol golf course.
This beautiful, second floor unit with stair and elevator access, private and guest parking is located directly at a private beach with straw umbrellas, heated pool and whirlpool/spa/jacuzzi.
Internet WiFi Access: Include in the unit rent is HDTV service on three screens as well as wireless high-speed internet and yes, you can access our WiFi from the pool and the private beach so bring your iPad and notebook. (… and use it only for entertainment since you are on vacation and there is so much to enjoy here apart from bits and bytes, or do it like me and spend an extra week to work remote). Just to let you know. Since the frequent use of internet and cell phones, there is no landline phone in the condo available anymore.
This is important to us: Please don’t smoke in the unit and treat the interior as if it was your own (assuming you care for your belongings), so that all of us can get the most enjoyment out of the place close to paradise.

The host was wonderful. Very kind and very responsive to all communication. The condo was very nice. It had a great view and was very clean and had all necessities.

Great location, wonderful amenities, and great view from the balcony. The price for a seven nights stay was incredible. Would recommend this condo to anyone

Beautiful location with a fantastic view of the bay, beautiful boats and playful dolphins. A wonderful quiet neighborhood away from the beach hustle and bustle. Wonderful for long walks.
We were quite disappointed upon our arrival to find the comfortable looking and ample seating in the living room that was shown on the website was gone and there was not enough comfortable seating for 4 adults, however there was a very large dining table that seats 6 which seems too large for the space. This also was not in the photos.
The kitchen was fairly well stocked however we did need to purchase extra dish cloths and towels ( there were two sets) as well as beach towels for the pool, as well as storage containers. There were plenty of spices. A “starter” supply of garbage bags, paper products, dishwasher pods and bath soap was provided. Bed linens were poor quality but seemed to be supplied by a linen service.
The unit appears to have been freshly painted. And there was a new washer and dryer. For those who love the beach there are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys to enjoy.
We did not feel the cozy special attention to detail touches that we have come to expect in other rentals we have stayed in many times a year for many years. Kitchen appliances may need updating.
The coffee pot most definitely needs to be replaced as it does not auto shut off. The nespresso machine was a nice touch, and we loved the air fryer!
