Overlooking the sea, this penthouse apartment impresses guests with its fantastic views. The 111 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two bedrooms, and two en suite bathrooms, accommodating up to four people. The home features high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), central air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, satellite TV, and a DVD player. An extra portable futon and a portable single bed in the garage may be added for children upon request.
Bedroom 1 has one king-size bed, and Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The living room has a sofa bed for one person. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with garden furniture, four private open terraces with a barbecue (one main barbecue), and a balcony. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a gated pool open year-round; a pool guard is present only during the summer season.
Free parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Late check-in is available for an extra fee. Events are not permitted, and guests under 25 years of age are not allowed. Pros: We have stayed in a number of Los Lagos penthouses. This was the best in terms of comfort and layout. Whilst they all have similar layouts this benefits from open plan kitchen. The lounge was very comfortable and benefitted by good furnishings.

Pros: I was in Elviria/Marbella for 3 weeks and we rent this appt. everything was top! the house, the pool, the place🥰 we can’t wait to go back!!! Also when ever we need help with something we could whatsapp Mister Talat🙏🏼 ( owner of the house)
