We had 2 toddlers and 3 adults in our party. The place was very spacious for our group. We loved the porch. The apartment itself is a bit dated but everything worked. The porch was a nice place to relax. You can hear the screams from the park throughout the day until the park closes. Our kids slept through that and the nightly fireworks. There was one morning the area smelled of garbage due to an animal getting into the complex dumpster. Overall, we enjoyed our trip. We would stay here again.

Condo was in great location to Dollywood. Great parking as well. The cleanliness is the only portion I rated low. The master room bedding was very clean. However I canât say the same of the other room. There was hair all on the bedding. Enough to the fact that I went to Walmart and bought linen. Management was notified. The floors could use more detail as well, especially corners. The drive to the condo is easy and not much traffic at all.
