About this apartment rental
This is a condo that feels like a mountain-top condo/cabin home in the woods with a touch of luxury, lots of privacy and great views from your 4 porches. Front door and main living area is on 2nd floor of building and bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. Convenient to: Dollywood, grocery stores, Old Mill, dining, shopping (5 min), outlet malls (15 min), Gatlinburg (15 min.), Smoky Mountain National Park hiking and sights( 20 min), zip line, white water rafting (40 min). Indoor heated pool; gas fireplace (in cold weather). There is another VRBO in same building if you need extra space.

Started off rough with no power and air. After driving 6 hours we were ready to kick back and relax. I called Brian and kept in touch and power finally came on. Rest of stay wonderful.

Pros: The condo had nice balconies and decent views. The kitchen was well stocked. The bluetooth speaker and WIFI was nice. Condo is in a good location for acess to Dolly Wood and Pigeon Forge.
Cons: The condo was not as clean as it could have been. Dirty countertops, floors, and steps. The dining room table had a terrible smell when the sheet of plastic was removed in order to play card games. No amount of cleaning could get rid of the smell. The cleaning crew had golf carts full of trash parked at the clubhouse that was quite an eyesore.

This condo was a perfect location for a family weekend getaway to Dollywood. It was private, quiet, and yet close to all amenities in the area. Communication with the host was great. We'll definitely return!

We truly enjoyed our accommodations in this lovely condo! Loved all the new upgrades they have made! The large garden jacuzzi tub was a PLUS!! We enjoyed a nice soak after a long hard day! It was spacious with great views! We would stay here again for sure. It was rather hot upstairs but the extra fans helped a lot! The condo is very convenient to every place on our itinerary too! Thanks Brian for your patience with my questions! 😎
