The outside was park-like. The concerns about no music and quiet after 9pm, don't seem to apply to the neighbors in the HOA. Construction across street always kicked off at 7:30. Party behind house went until midnight. House was surface clean, but dirty under beds and couches. I texted pics of damage we noticed after check-in.
