I loved the house and location. The kitchen is well equipped. the upstairs master is huge and includes a crib. It's quiet and charming. The pad on the couch isn't the most comfortable, it would be perfect with one more bedroom. We have stayed here twice and would stay here again.
All the doors stick and make a lot of noise and night when you are trying to use the bathrooms quietly.

The interior and furnishings of the house were spacious (esp. the upstairs bedroom) and homey. And CLEAN!
The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The stove and microwave (& fridge) and kitchen sink worked very well.
The grounds and trees were exceptional: woodsy, autumnal, spacious, welcoming.
We liked walking on those stones among the trees, esp. on that gorgeous sunny day.
The leather chair and couch were comfy, and the big wool (?) blanket helped keep off the chill.
We hardly watched TV at all. The peace was quite welcome.
Troy was friendly and helpful. Also quick to respond to questions or requests for help.
As an old guy, I would have liked a safety bar with the shower. (I don't have one at home, but I have a non-skid easy walk-in shower.) Both your downstairs and upstairs showers have what struck us as "well, you tried" non-slip strips in the tub. Using the downstairs shower, I felt precarious getting in, and worried I might slip when I got out.
Also, perhaps a rail or two by one of those nice red steps outside would be of value as an extra safety measure for totterers, esp during darkness or a rain – though I must say it was very well lit (for safety) outside at night.
I would have liked cushions on the dining chairs; they looked terrific but were a little hard to sit on.
Given what we were paying, we felt it was improper to expect us to strip the beds & perform those other clean-up chores which we would have expected would be covered by the 'rent' we paid.

Great property and neighborhood.
Excellent kitchen for cooking and entertaining. Just all around comfortable and relaxing.

The property itself is very Sonoma. The landscaping is relaxed with pops of colored flowers and grapevines. The house is lovely with artistic touches. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch having my coffee in a patch of sunshine while listening to birds. There’s an incredibly large bedroom upstairs and a small bedroom downstairs. We did not cook so I can’t comment on how the kitchen is stocked, but we enjoyed the couches in the living area, the nice bathrooms, and comfortable beds. It is a short drive to the Square or about a mile to walk.
A couple items could use fixing, but it did not impact our stay.
