About this house rental
The property has a huge lush garden filled with many varieties of plants and bright colourful flowers, and an infinity pool with unrivalled views across the bay of Positano, the majestic mountains towering above and the islands of Capri and li Galli lying in the distance.
The house is built taking inspiration from modern Italian architecture, making use of high quality manufacturing. Intricately, designed with modern facilities throughout, the house will captivate you with its high ceilings and a gorgeous courtyard. It certainly is a very special place. Built a few hundred years ago, so still preserving elements of old charm, and located off the pedestrian path of San Nicola, it is accessed by walking down about 60 steps and passing In front of the main Church of San Gennaro.
The house is on two floors, features on the ground floor include a living room with table and chairs, a full kitchenette with oven, fridge/freezer, stove (electric and gas burners) and a dishwasher. There is a large sofa and comfy chairs, and a large flatscreen TV with Smart technology.
The top floor can be reached via a staircase of 20 stairs, and encompasses a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a balcony with a superb sea view, and another double bedroom with a separate full bathroom on the side. Please note that none of the beds can be separated and cannot be 2 single beds. There is also air conditioning throughout the house.

Pictures do not do it justice. Location is out of the craziness of some of the larger towns and the property is beautiful. Property host was easy to deal with and provided so much information. If I came again, I would hire a driver for the trip as taxis are hard to come by and parking is a nightmare.

We stayed for 16 days. Domenico and Sampath were always around to assist with any questions. The property and pool are amazing. The kitchen is well equipped, we were able to make many meals at home. The proximity to Positano and Almafi made this property amazing. Priano is a quiet town and the people are delightful. I highly recommend staying in Priano if you visit the Almafi Coast. Thanks again for a great holiday.
