About this apartment rental
Imagine feeling the warm sand on your feet, with the subtle breeze coming off of Banderas Bay as you sip your favorite beverage with family and friends. Perhaps you'll experience a dolphin sighting while walking the beach to nearby downtown Bucerias. Yes, you will be close enough to walk to town for authentic Mexican cuisine as well as other ethnic offerings that are surprisingly very reasonably priced. The market is a treasure of the area with local artisans offering their wares in a more quaint setting than often found where tourists flock.
If you are active enough to enjoy boogie boarding, kayaking, para sailing or horseback riding all you need to do is ask.
Our kitchen is well stocked with what you would expect to enjoy in your own home. Many folks don't want to go out to eat all the time. Not only will you find all you need to cook or bake, you will find the necessary tools to do so - including sharp knives and cutting boards! There are a few grocery stores very close by that have improved greatly with wonderful produce and meats and staples. If you arrived by taxi, you can ask for a ride to one of the stores or even better, you might want to rent a car which we would be happy to help you navigate the process, making reservations is a hassle free experience.

The unit was clean, comfortable and spacious for our family of 5. The balcony and views were amazing. Communication with the owners was excellent. They were very helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again.

We stayed for a week at this beautiful property with friends. It couldn't have been better! The property is spotless. Everything is maintained beautifully. The property manager, Jon Copeland, was exceptionally responsive. We enjoyed working with him. We look forward to staying there again!

This was actually our second visit to this Villa Estancia. My family of four visited in 2022 and could not wait to come back! However this is our first time renting this specific villa and after working with Jon, I will exclusively work with him moving forward! His communication is phenomenal - both during the planning stages as well as during our stay. He answers questions promptly, anticipates needs and even arranged transportation from the airport for the four of us.
My kids are 18 and 20 now, so we took advantage of the all inclusive add-on option offered on site which provides access to all the restaurants and bars at the Villa Estancia as well as the resort next door - The Flamingos. We like that the Estancia provides an attentive atmosphere with a little more space and personalized service. However next door at the Flamingos there are a lot of activities to provide options for everyone! We frequently played pool volleyball, attended evening dinner shows and given that we have dietary restrictions, they made the best poolside gluten free pizzas! The villa itself is well appointed with a large balcony with a great view overlooking the pool and ocean! I can not say enough about how much we loved our stay and we are definitely re-booking this villa for 2025.
