About this villa rental
Situated on picturesque Banderas Bay, just 10 miles from the Puerto Vallarta airport (20 minute drive), this luxurious, private beach front resort has incredible ocean, beach views and mountain views. You'll find fine dining at your fingertips and amenities galore. This is the perfect place to create lasting memories.
This is 2 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Villa and can accommodate 6 people comfortably. This Villa has been converted into a single unit rather than a lock-off (side A & B). Perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 or a family vacation!
Villa features:

- Marble floors, luxurious furniture and stylish décor
- Full-Size Chef Kitchen with sophisticated finishes including granite countertops, breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, side-by-side refrigerator with ice machine, microwave, full glass-top stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, cookware, glassware and utensils.
- Open concept Dining Area, Kitchen & Living Room area – great for entertaining
- 3 Full Bathrooms with high end finishes including marble showers and double sinks in the master bathroom.
- Large Master Bedroom - King bed with garden, pool and ocean views. There is an adjoining bathroom which features a Jacuzzi, double sinks, walk-in shower and a huge closet with a safe!
- Large closets for all of your storage needs
- 2nd Bedroom with 2 Queen-Size Beds – it features a full bathroom, a huge closet area with a safe. There is also a mini-bar area that includes a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. In addition, there is a dresser with a TV, sitting area and make-up area! Perfect for your children, extra guests or friends!
- Living Area with Queen-Size Sleeper Sofa
- Spacious Furnished Terrace with amazing views of the gardens, pool and ocean. Listen to the fountains below and you’ll find this space so very quiet and tranquil!
- In-Suite Laundry Room - full-size stackable washer and dryer, and sink.
A cleaning fee of $95 is required and will be used toward the final cleaning of the villa. Additional cleaning can be purchased and coordinated through the concierge upon arrival.
Cancellation Notice:
Regardless of when cancelled, Holiday rentals are non-refundable. However, if the Owner re-rents the Premises for that same period, Owner will refund that portion of the rent paid that is recovered by Owner re-renting the Premises for that same period less: 1) a $500.00 USD administration fee; AND 2) the VRBO fees (including “service fees”), if any.
With the exception of Holiday rentals, reservations may be cancelled up to sixty (60) days prior to commencement of the rental period. If cancelled between 30 – 60 days before commencement of rental period, 50% will be refunded. If the Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days from the commencement of the rental period, the entire amount is non-refundable.

I arranged for my mother, sister and sister's 3 teenage sons to meet up in PV for a week long stay in Deno's lovely Estancia villa. Deno gets all the stars for being one of the most hospitable and communicative owners I have worked with. Her villa is lovely, with all the amenities you might need and it has been recently updated, which makes it unique to some of the other villas at the resort. The staff at Estancia are warm and made my family feel at home for their week in PV, and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. The teens also enjoyed having a swimmable beach just steps beyond the pool. Thank you Deno for all of your assistance in creating a wonderful trip for my family.

My husband and I and our adult children loved this spacious condo. It was everything it said it was. Perfect in so many ways. The space is large with everything you need for a great get away. Beautiful furnishings, large balcony with a view. Great location and security! Super staff…restaurants and swim up bar. Our hosts were great at communicating with us. Enjoyable all around! Will highly recommend and hope to be back! Thank you !

The property was amazing! Very dean and close to all the amenities. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the layout of the unit was perfect! The staff at the property were very welcoming and helpful. Definitely eat at La Casona- incredible food! Ask for Eduardo and Edgar as your waiters! The pool was perfect for relaxing during the day with a book, a cocktail and our favorite- the heirloom tomato and mozzarella salad with pesto sauce. The host was super communicative, generous and kind! It was perfect for our family and our Christmas vacation. We would definitely book again!
