About this house rental
My gorgeous house with everything you need to enjoy a few days in Nashville! But the best part - Only mins to downtown! Only about an $6 Uber or Lyft ride to the entertainment district or a 30 minute great history and architectural walk when the weather is good!
Has 4 King Master Retreats with wet-bars, mini fridge, dining and sitting areas and 42" Flat Screen TV's. Each bedroom has its own bath!! The 4th Suite bedroom on the 3rd floor has King bed, walk-in shower, and roof top terrace!
2 covered porches and also a roof top terrace with a great view of the downtown skyline especially at night!!
To get downtown, you have many choices:
Take a 25 minute walk (My favorite! Along the way browse Farmers Market, then checkout Bicentennial park, then take the capital steps up to the State capital building(check out the view!), then on to War Memorial Plaza and your downtown! Just a short walk down Church St to the entertainment district, and you have to walk out on the pedestrian bridge over the Cumberland River just for the view of Nashville!!
- Take a $6 Lift or Uber ride (Second best choice!!)
- Less than 2 mile drive ( but parking will cost you..especially on the busy weekends!)

It was a perfect place for four couples to stay with each having their own bedroom and bath. Conveniently located walking distance from downtown.

This house is beautiful, clean, spacious, and well maintained. Great for traveling in a group because the bedrooms are like suites and offer plenty of space and privacy. The neighborhood is close to the city but far enough away to feel quiet and peaceful. Rick is an excellent host. Great communication that is not overwhelming in any way. I would absolutely recommend this host and house. I would stay here again 100%.

House was in an excellent location and ideal for a vacation with our adult kids. Every bedroom had its own bathroom which was so convenient. We would definitely stay at this place again when visiting Nashville.
