Enjoy This beautifully remodeled 1-level apartment is just minutes walk to ASU Campus! Enjoy a plethora of unique shops and bars near ASU while staying in style just 9 minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport. Catch a Spring Training game in Tempe Diablo Stadium, Sloan Park or Old Town Scottsdale (15 minutes away). Grab a drink on legendary Mill Avenue and explore the night scene. 6-minute drive to Tempe St Luke's Hospital - Healthcare workers welcome!
The space
Access: Keyless Entry. The home is equipped with a smart lock. You will be given a 4-digit code to access the home.
Living Room: Sofa bed (sleeps 2) and chair provides seating for 4, coffee table and side table for placing items, 55" Roku TV which you can log in for any of your personal streaming apps. There are also many live channels to enjoy. If you do not have a Netflix log in, one can provided upon request. Quartz kitchen counter doubles as breakfast bar with 4 barstools.
Game room: Foosball table in the unit.
Kitchen: Fully stocked - cookware, dishes/silverware, toaster, blender, brand-new full-size appliances for cooking, coffee maker, and each stay comes with complimentary coffee, cream and sugar.
Bedroom: Fully furnished w/ Queen bed, blackout curtains, 12" memory foam mattress, nightstands, charging outlets, closet with storage shelving, a modern desk and a chair as a dedicated workspace. Mattress and pillows are protected with hypoallergenic covers for your health and safety.
Bathroom: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels, face towels.
Towels: everyday millions of gallons of water are used to wash towels that have only been used once, we provide guests with 2 bath towels each, although we have additional in the linen closet, we encourage you to reuse your towels to help us conserve the earth's vital resource.
Water Filtration: Arizona is known for having hard water. To best accommodate our guests this home is equipped with under-the-sink Reverse Osmosis System which you will certainly enjoy!
Pool: there is a community pool and a heated jacuzzi for you to enjoy. Keys will be provided the day you check in.
Multipurpose room: you will find gym equipment, a fire pit, a pool table, couches with a TV and a kitchen. You will get the key for this room in case you wish to use it.
Check out instructions: Please make sure you do your dishes, or you will be charged extra $25 fee. All other linen and cleaning will be done by our cleaning team, but we kindly ask that you please do your dishes. We have a dishwasher you can turn on and wash all dishes with also :)
Laundering: guests who are booked for 5 days or more will be provided with laundry pods and dryer sheets to use the washer and dryer machines in the unit.
Other things to note
Starting on March 6, 2023, the City of Tempe requires the property owner to conduct a sex offender check through the DOJ for the primary guest.

Very clean with fun decor. Quiet area, good location. Parking & pool access were great. Beautifully updated kitchen. Our only suggestion is to have more comfortable furniture, especially the beds. Owner was very kind & responsive.

Place was exactly as described. Communication with property owner was 10/10. Check in & out was super simple. Location was perfect, condo & property (pool, parking, etc) were beautiful. Super clean, & overall had a great stay. Thank you!
