thank you for hosting us! Everything was great. Just wanted to let you know the ceiling fans (especially in the twins’ bedroom) were very dusty, so it may be good to have them cleaned for future guests.Also, we accidentally left that bedroom window slightly open when we checked out—sorry about that. Just wanted to mention it so you can close it.Thanks again!

Nice, quiet, comfortable place to stay in a good location in Tempe. Good communication and everything was easy.Only (small) complaint is that the kitchen is not well stocked. If you are planning to cook or dine in, check what is available first and plan accordingly.

Location was great for what we were here for! Gated property and secured parking. Everything was within walking distance to ASU. Place in general was average. Floors were dirty and feet/socks were black walking around .We did wear shoe's to walk around in unit and thankfully brought slip on shoes. Cleanliness is important to us and we were not real impressed with cleanliness. I even searched VRBO for clean properties. However, I did like that there was garbage bags, dishwasher soap, toilet paper and so on. Perfect for teenagers, but not their families to check out the campus.
