Beautiful contemporary design villa with private swimming pool located in the sought after area of Ciudad Quesada.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living/dining room with American kitchen, terrace and roof terrace. It is equipped with air-conditioning and internet/WiFi.
Outside you have a wonderful garden with your own private swimming pool and outdoor furniture with space for outdoor dining and relaxing.
There is no private parking, but you can park your car on the street in front of the villa.
In Ciudad Quesada you will find all the amenities you need, including several restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, seasonal water park, 18-hole golf course 'La Marquesa Golf'... And it is less than 10 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Guardamar del Segura and Torrevieja!

I had an amazing experience. The house is well-equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlights for me were the pool and the backyard, which were both fantastic and provided the perfect setting for relaxation and fun.
While the immediate area doesn't have much going on, Torrevieja is just a 10-minute drive away.
There are a few areas for improvement. The cleanliness in some parts of the house could be better, and the bedding was not very comfortable and felt quite worn. There was only one note on that table with instructions, I was missing some info on how to use some appliances.
