The property is a duplex, each with a single bedroom, so parking is shared but still very convenient. The cinderblock wall between the units meant that there was no sound transmission between units. Very nice! It was a perfect size for 1-2 people for short term. The kitchen table is a small table with bench seating but with perfect access to electrical outlets, making it a great place to do computer work. Internet access was excellent. In cooler, less humid times of the year the seating in the back patio would have been great. The neighborhood was quiet and the location near Route 1 made it easy to get places. The owner was very responsive to questions.

Very nice twin single, with outdoor space, in a quaint art district. Extremely close to Melbourne, Fl area beaches. Convenient to all Space Coast activity. Wonderful rocket launch observation!

Beth and Joby, as owners, are super responsive. Nice house and location. The only drawback was there not a lot of seating arrangements in the living room. If more than one person is staying there is only a couch for everyone. That may change so check future pictures of the unit.
