The property has a/c in just one room, it gets pretty hot in the living room and the second room

I would recommend to freshly clean and deep clean house before allowing tenants in
Consider providing internet services all tho I think description add say there was internet but didn’t have it!
Regardless I would comeback again soon it was very peaceful there!!
