Nice location in quiet residential neighborhood next to a small park. The apartment was very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen and a washing machine out back.
There are mini splits in the two bedrooms but no A/C units in the livingroom/kitchen, which was not comfortable as it was very hot during the day.
