CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE:
1. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Assuming a guest is unable to travel due to a positive COVID Test taken within 72 hours of travel OR a government imposed/mandated travel ban, cancelations will be processed as follows:
• REFUNDS: If a guest cancels their reservation and IPM is able to resell any of the guest’s reservation dates, IPM will issue a cash refund, upon receipt, for all dates that are resold.
• CREDITS: Assuming a guest cancels their reservation within 60 days of arrival and choses to forgo a refund per the terms mentioned above, IPM will issue a credit on all monies paid based on the below terms and conditions:
o Credits shall not expire
o Your future reservation must be placed in the same Villa that was originally booked
o Rate differences for future reservation dates may apply
2. Non-COVID Related Cancelations: For cancelations unrelated to COVID, Island Property Management will attempt to rent the unit during the specified contract period. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount equal to, or greater than, the stipulated contract amount, all client funds will be returned upon receipt by Island Property Management. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount less than the stipulated contract amount, client will be issued payment of said lesser amount (as REFUND IN FULL) by Island Property Management. Assuming the unit fails to rent, NO REFUND will be granted. Although not guaranteed, assuming the guest cancels within 60 days of arrival, the property will typically re-rent for the canceled dates thereby allowing the guest to receive a full refund.
3. Travel Insurance: Assuming you need a cancellation policy that offers refunds, we have priced our units so that you may purchase travel. The price of our Villas, together with the travel insurance policy, are still less expensive than 90% of our competitors. We price our Villas in this manner to provide options to our guests as most guests prefer to forgo insurance and utilize the existing Cancellation Policy + pay the lower price.
4. Moving Dates: We can usually accommodate all guest date change requests that occur 90 days or more before arrival, with the movement of reservation dates to the following year. The move must occur within the same Villa that was originally booked, and rate changes may apply.

F101 Villa at Wailea Beach Villas was incredible! The play pool was a great feature, we used it daily. The view was gorgeous, and we had a ton of privacy. Comfortable beds and a well-appointed kitchen were a plus! We cooked and grilled almost every night! Some updated non-stick pans for the kitchen are probably needed, but it wasn’t an issue we worked with what was available. The WBV staff are all great and helpful. The property is gorgeous and it’s the perfect location.

Had a great trip to Wailea Beach Villas in June. The property is in a stunning location and the grounds are immaculate. Pool areas are nice and not crowded. Steps from Wailea Beach. Would definitely stay in this villa again.

This was our first family trip to Maui. 7 family members in all. It was fabulous! Our grandchildren are twins and 4 yrs. old. The Villa was perfect for our family. It even had pool toys available for the kids. The pool in the back was enjoyed by all. Walking distance and pools was easy. This was a vacation we will always remember. We hope to return and we would definitely stay here again!

Arrival and check in were smooth and great…Property Manager could use some Cust. Serv. Experience…every question I emailed him, I was told to look into a book when I get into the unit …We arrived and my 27yo daughter had the bedroom with stained comforter and towels that were stained or look like someone wiped their makeup on. Prop, Manager received my phone call but had HIS WIFE speak to me about the cleaning lady coming to replace comforter and bring clean towels…When you pay for Wailea Villas, you expect clean, professional Mgmt team. I got a man who couldn’t be bothered and gave me one word answers thru email but I will say his wife was kind…Furniture in the unit is outdated and needs to be upgraded. Cleaning lady was a sweet woman who went above and beyond. Next time, I will find a unit not with the SAME property mgmt. company….funny someone mentioned “missing tiles in the private pool “ in a review. Here it is months or years later and the same tiles are still missing! Go figure~~~Hawaii and Maui are beautiful but I’d see look for a great unit and property mgmt company
