✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for vehicles in the 2-car garage and the driveway. If you need to park in the street, there is alternate street parking based on the time of year. Obey parking sign laws. Otherwise, you will be ticketed by code enforcement. An EV charger is also available.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home (and the outdoor space!), plus a designated workspace in the primary bedroom.
