Beautiful beach views easy access,

Views from the property were beautiful!! The house sits beside the beach access. Very convenient, short walk to reach the water. The house was very clean with the exception of the master bedroom. The comforter was soiled and the fabric furniture was covered in dog hair. I didn’t notice the comforter until the end of our week as it was soiled on the unexposed side. That was gross and disappointing for a high end luxury rental home. That being said the Rental company was quick to respond to all needs throughout our stay, including sending housekeeping immediately to clean the dog hair, providing extra towels (only 1 towel per person for an entire week was initially provided), new gas grill propane tank, new ironing board and safety check if gas stove. We asked for blankets for each room, but they said there were none available due to not having a service for cleaning. That would probably explain the dirty comforter (which should be laundered in between EACH renter). Check in/out was easy. Yes, I would recommend this property even with the few hiccups we had.

The house and location were awesome, check in was amazing. Dishes were mostly dirty.. and the amazing indoor grill that is shown in the pictures, was not usable, chained down with a note that said not to use.. they put a tiny grill on the side of the house on gravel, leaning forward and almost caught on fire each time we cooked. The pool pump was running SO LOUD that it was impossible to spend any time at the pool, even the neighbors called and complained. The staff was attentive on first call, then stated pump needed replacing and to leave it off... two days later the pool looked gross, algae building etc from no pump running, and we couldnt even get in.. very disappointing as each time we called, they just said, the pool was usable even after showing them the photos of how gross it was. No compensation was given or offered for the huge disappointment with the pool. For the rates they charge there should not be issues like this.
