About this farm stay rental
Cozy cottage guest house located on 7 acre property in Prairie Grove, AR. Great retreat for Razorback game weekends, sporting events, graduation, and festivals at only 15-20 min drive from University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. We are within 5 minutes of Prairie Grove's Antique District, Battlefield State Park, and the Prairie Grove Aquatic Park. Amenities include kitchenette, pool, basketball court, swings and beautiful grounds. The pool is open through August. Sleeps 3 comfortably with a queen and twin bed. We do have a queen size air mattress available if you would like to have up to 5 guests.

The guest home stay was perfect! It had all the things needed for a 3 night weekend stay! We brought an air mattress for our 5th family member to sleep on. Our family enjoyed the ammenities outside: the pool was awesome, the patio, firepit, and TV set up made for a perfect setup for an all day stay while we recovered from our long road trip. Inside they had all the thoughtful items needed to be comfortable. The air conditioning was great, water temp for shower was perfect. We did notice the mosquitos and spiders outside. I think all of my family are leaving with at least one bite from us being outside yesterday. My favorite item inside was a fully functioning nintendo 64 with several games all items needed to play games for hours with my kids. We had a great stay!!

Well maintained property, with an efficiency style guest house. Location was a short, easy drive to the University of Arkansas.

The location for a visit with our family was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed having a pool and used it daily. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. Our greatest dissatisfaction was with the lack of communication about the check in process and how to locate the entry door. Also, there was no communication about a dog living in the backyard, which is the same yard shared by the rental home. We love dogs, but that is not the point. There was no heads up about the fact there would be a dog hanging out on our patio and at the pool with us all day and every day. it caused a lot of stress because we don’t know the dog and we had our four year-old grandson.
There were no instructions on how to operate the television And the remotes did not work. We were unable to use the TVs for the whole five days we were there. I sent a message to owner asking for instructions, but I never received a reply.
We are the type who cook meals more than we eat out. The kitchen was very poorly equipped. There were only two spoons and very limited cooking utensils and only one pan. The kitchen dishes and equipment could use a lot of improvement.
There was metal framed patio furniture, but no cushions so the furniture was pretty useless. The owners were not at home during our stay so we had to clean the pool daily.
This review is not meant to rip on the owners or the property because we did enjoy our time and our visit with family. I just think its important to give an honest review.
