About this apartment rental
The Property is within walking distance of the shops in Rock and just a few minutes by car from the glorious beaches of Polzeath and Daymer Bay. There is a double bed in one bedroom and a single and bunk beds in the second with televisions in both rooms. The garden and sun terrace look out onto open countryside and there is a Hot Tub where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings.. There is a large kitchen and sitting room with comfortable sofas, television and WiFi. The large porch area is ideal to dry wet suits etc. or to keep your dog in. The garden is enclosed and safe for pets.

Lovely spot in Rock for a couple, the property was clean and Hugh was in contact upon arrival. A good pub with excellent food was a 5 minute walk with shops only 10 minutes. Rock and the ferry to Padstow was a 20 minute walk away.

For me, the hot tub was the selling point, making the property stand out from its contenders. I wasn't disappointed. The garden is private, there were no noisy neighbours, the accommodation was spacious. The kitchen equipment more than adequate to enable me to make meals.There are good public footpaths that you can pick up from near the accommodation. I was able to walk to Lundy Bay & St Enodoc's church from the house.

The area of Rock is beautiful and the accommodation was large and quiet, Its a shame the property was not cleaned properly (we had to wash the plates, cutlery and glassware and also cleaned the worktops down as they were sticky), the outside was very overgrown and untidy and could really do with some TLC.That said it was a really nice stay.
