The apartment offers 3 rooms in 1. Upstairs. Together with the ground floor apartment you can sometimes accommodate as a large family comfortably or make a great holiday family reunion. Facilities The modern and comfortably furnished apartment is equipped for 5 people plus 1 infant family friendly. The living room has a cozy furnishing and a separate dining area for 6 people. Satellite TV and music system provide entertainment here. The separate kitchen is modern with fridge freezer, cooker / ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances and sufficient dishes & Co. equipped. Furthermore, the apartment has a large bedroom with double bed and a pull-out sofa and a guest room with 2 single beds, wardrobe and sofa. A large, bright bathroom with barrier-free shower, corner bath and vanity separate from the separate toilet room allow here at any time, even with full occupancy a stress-free process. For our youngest guests in the apartment already a children's travel cot and a highchair are available free of charge. The large and protected from foreign views and furnished southeast balcony invites you to sunbathe and relax. Of course, there is a free outdoor parking space for your car directly at the house. Special features The structure of the house, equipment, price and location allow even larger families or groups of people a great stay together. There is no main road adjacent to the property, surrounded by a modern residential park, making it ideal for guests seeking peace and quiet near the center and the beach. For the children is z. B.  at the entrance to the new holiday village only 3-4 minutes away a small playground. Smoking would be possible on the balcony. Pets are not allowed. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two persons incl. Utilities. Each additional person 15,00 € per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included.
