Accommodation description:
Relax in this beautiful, modern holiday home in a quiet location, yet close to all the activities and amenities the region has to offer - such as the ski lift. From the balcony you can enjoy a wide, breathtaking view, be it in the snowy winter months or in the lush greenery of summer. A bedroom with bathroom is located opposite the flat entrance and is accessible via the communal hallway

The real highlight is the ski lift, which is located on the other side of the main road and can be easily reached on foot. From here you have quick access to the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental. And don't forget the excellent connections, whether Söll, Ellmau or Kitzbühel. You can get everywhere quickly!
There is a lot of space and as the property is quiet but central, there are all kinds of activities right in front of the door in summer and winter.
Depending on the weather, snow chains or a 4x4 is recommended for the last 50 meters to the property
The accommodation consists of several separate housing units that are not directly connected to each other
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Die Wohnung war modern, sauber...kurz gesagt es war alles vorhanden was zu einem schönen Urlaub braucht. Vom Balkon hatte man eine tolle Sicht auf die Berge und die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Gruß von Familie Kutschke.

Moderne schöne Wohnung, für Skiurlauber etwas wenig Kleiderschrank…..

"Haus Rabl Dan" sieht eigentlich ganz gut aus, aber wenn ich von dem einen Schlafzimmer in die Wohnstube möchte muss ich erst über den Flur laufen. Beim WC und der Dusche könnte man zu mindestens eine Türe erwarten. Nicht so ein Netz. Das ist ein absolutes no go !! Die einzige Sitzgelegenheit war eine Eckbank. Bequem ist was anderes. Nach Oben führt eine sehr schmale Wendeltreppe, dafür ist aber kein Schrank vorhanden. Die Wohnung war zwar sauber und der Vermieter freundlich, aber nie mehr "Haus Rabl Dan" !

Wirklich ausgesprochen gute Unterkunft von Lage und Einrichtung. Ca. 2 min Fußweg zum Lift mitten ins Skigebiet Wilder Kaiser und zur Talabfahrt, die selbst bei wenig Schnee offen ist. Ausstattung könnte besser sein, grundsätzliches ist aber da. Wir empfehlen noch grundsätzlichen Küchenbedarf wie ein scharfes Messer, Backpapier und Spülmaschienentabs. Klopapier war eine Rolle pro Toilette - bei 14 Tagen. Sauberkeit: 1A, Handtücher und Bettzeug super gemütlich. Ausblick auf den Berg/Itter ist super. Parkplätze und Skikeller auch super. Bei Schneefall empfehlen sich Schneeketten oder Winterreifen. Insgesamt ein wirklich toller Urlaub!

Schönes Appartement in guter Lage, aber die Beschreibung ist irreführend und es handelt sich um zwei getrennte Appartements, nicht um eines wie gebucht. Für eine Familie mit Kindern bedeutet das, dass es statt 60m2 nur ca. 40m2 mit einem Doppelbett gibt, so dass die Kinder auf dem Boden schlafen müssen. Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank in der Wohnung, nur einfache Kleiderbügel im "Ikea-Stil", so dass die Kleidung die ganze Zeit in der Tasche bleiben muss. Unfreundlicher Gastgeber, aber sehr freundliche Frau des Gastgebers :)
