About this house rental
A newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house located just 1 block from Harding and close to all Searcy has to offer.
The space
A great alternative to any hotel, the Bison Home provided guest with 3 full bedrooms, 2 full baths, an open concept kitchen, dinning and living room. A full washer and dryer along with TV, internet and coffee all provided

Paved driveway parking for 2 vehicles
Other things to note
Due to the limited household supplies provided and limited parking we cannot have large groups or parties
We do have an outdoor camera facing the front driveway of the house to assist with cleaning arrangements by knowing when a guest has checked out
NO pets or smoking on the property, due to allergies of other guest. If the house smells like smoke, pet hair or there is excessive cleaning upon checkout, you will be charged a 100 dollar cleaning fee

This super cute property was perfect for our visit to Harding! Very close to campus and room to relax with our students. Perfect for our family of six. Check in was a breeze. So much more enjoyable than a hotel stay. We will be back!

Perfect for an overnight stay! Much more cost-effective than booking a hotel room for four people needing three separate beds. Comfortable, convenient, and exactly what we needed for a quick stopover.

We were only there about 12 hours which was overnight, so I really don't have much of an opinion. It was very sparse as far as what I typically see as an VRBO.
