This Ocean Front Private Balcony Boutique Condominium is located 0.8 miles south of the Dunlawton Bridge.
1 Large Bedroom w/ King bed and sleeper futon sofa in the large master bedroom. Master bedroom has flatscreen tv along with plenty of drawer and closet space.
Living room area has a large recliner sofa, large flatscreen smart tv and power recliner.

1 Full Bath along with fully equipped kitchen and 4 chair dining area.
Arrive and walk out your balcony slider to the oceanfront patio where you will enjoy many wonderful morning sunrises! Just a short walk down to the pool area with community lounge chairs, gazebo and shuffleboard. Sit by the pool or continue down a few more steps to relax lounge on the beach. Enjoy long walks or bike rides on the compacted sand that stretches for miles to the North and South. Boating, water activities, guided tours, the Ponce de Leon Inlet lighthouse and museum, the Daytona International Speedway, restaurants and shopping are all nearby.

It was the perfect location foe everything we do and every where we eat as well as close to family members houses. We are already planning next years trip a d hoping to stay there again. It look fit the beach. Perfect just perfect.

This place was perfect. The owner was a pleasure working with and made our stay as smoothly as possible. By far the best vacation we have had in many years. This is definitely a hidden gem.
