The open floor plan all leads to the expansive oceanside covered screen porch and another open-air deck for dining outdoors or to take in the sun and sea - there is ample room for reading, relaxing, cocktail hours or just gazing at the rolling surf from all new comfortable porch furniture. This is sure to become the favorite spot for early morning coffee, and for watching breathtaking sunsets with a toast to the day enjoyed, rain or shine. You will enjoy running back and forth to the beach whenever the moment strikes. It will be hard to decide to lunch or enjoy cocktail hour on the deck overlooking the water or right on the beach.
This small but mighty gourmet kitchen is fully stocked - just bring your food - you will find the chef in you group will be inspired to create great meals. A center island with beautiful quartz countertops for meal prep and entertaining, high end stainless-steel appliances, and a dining table for 10 sets the scene for great entertaining and family memories. There is additional dining available on the screen porch on the new teak dining table and chairs. The living area boasts comfortable seating that will deliver you immediately to "BHI Turtle Time".

Beach Box was the cutest little house and the location was PERFECT - right on the beach but also close to BHI, the market, and shops. Two things to look out for: there is no full-length mirror, so if you have teen girls (like we do) that could be a problem, and the kitchen cabinets were challenging to open and close...

My husband I had not been to BHI in 23yrs. Much had changed but the charm of the island is still there! The house location was perfect-right next to a beach access and close to the BHI club and market area. Our teenage and adult children all loved it as well. We played golf 4 days and the course is beautiful. We combined eating out and making some meals at the house. Tyler, the property manager, was very responsive to any questions or needs we had.

We enjoyed the house for our BHI stay and it made our trip comfortable and enjoyable. We would return again.
Location is great for easy beach access and a short cart ride to market. Coastal view from the Patio/Porch/Master bedroom was awesome.
We especially enjoyed that the master bedroom mattress was super comfortable and the sheets were very soft.
Island-side rental staff were responsive, helpful and clear to communicate with. Easy and friendly to work with.
