This fantastic villa is situated in the tourist resort of Quinta da Balaia (Albufeira), near the beaches of the western Algarve and the main towns of the Algarve (Faro, Loulé, Lagos, Portimão, among others). It is also close to major access routes to Algarve (A22, A2 and N125) and just 30 minutes from Faro International Airport.
The house is in a private condominium with swimming pool and own garden, allowing you to enjoy holiday in peaceful surroundings.
With a total area of ??230 m2, the house consists of a living room with fireplace and a kitchen fully equipped. It has 4 double bedrooms, all with private bathroom and guest toilet.
Outside is a porch and a very nice garden with a pool properly protected, barbecue and a dining area.

The Villa itself and the neighbourhood itself was lovely, only downside was no shop or bar within a 30minute walk but Uber is so cheap and finds the Villa it wasn't an issue. Aldi is only a 10min car ride for a big shop.
The garden of the Villa is lovely and big. Pool was ideal and the kids loved it. There is a lovely restaurant within a 20/25 minute walk called
Portobello.

Very suitable for families with the fenced pool etc plenty of rooms. Marida could be contacted whenever needed and checked regularly for clean towels etc. Would be helpful if some info could be left to advise how long walking to shop/eating place/taxi contact and cost to supermarkit and albufeira town/ any bus routes. Had very enjoyable stay
