About this villa rental

Magnificent detached villa, located in the Balaia area in Albufeira, close to the beaches of Maria Luísa, Olhos de Água and Santa Eulália.

Casa Da Bia offers all the comfort and facilities to accommodate 8 people, consisting of 3 double bedrooms, 1 master bedroom en suite, 3 complete bathrooms, dining room, spacious living room with fireplace, Sky Tv satellite, TV, DVD and CD player, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, namely, washing machine, dishwasher and other small extras, to facilitate your holidays.



This property has air conditioning only in the bedrooms.

Outside there is an excellent swimming pool with all necessary furniture, green areas, a spacious barbecue area with a large table.

It also has an extraordinary typical Algarve terrace with sea views, where you can relax and feel the sea breeze.





Municipal Tourist Tax

Albufeira Municipal Council applies a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night, for guests aged 13 years or over, during the period from 1 April to 31 October, up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights. Villa was big with plenty of space. Bed layout was perfect for our group. Roof terrace was a nice bonus. Pool was brilliant and plenty of sun loungers. Only €3 taxi to the strip or €7 to the old town so location was perfect. Not much to fault. The villa was spotless when we arrived. The beds were very uncomfortable. An investment in some new mattresses would go a long way as all of us had trouble sleeping on the mattresses. They were quite hard and lumpy. With new mattresses on the beds this villa would be 10/10

The house was clean and good sized rooms for 9 people. Outside area was excellent - a large pool, plenty of beds, sun all day and a great bar-b-que with large table.

Casa bastante espaçosa e correspondeu às nossas espectativas. Limpeza impecável.Apenas a apontar o facto de não se conseguir tomar banho convenientemente quando mais alguém está a utilizar a água.
