This 3 bedroom home comes with off street garage parking as well as parking out front. Head up the small flight of stairs and into your new holiday home.
Hotham Heights opens into an open plan living, kitchen and dinning room with a large table with plenty of seating. Enjoy a quiet evening on the sofa with the large screen TV after a busy day of shopping and exploring in Warrnambool.
The kitchen has all the mod cons you would expect as well as an air fryer for your use. There is plenty of pantry space and counter space for your use during your stay. Off the kitchen you will find the enclosed outdoor area.
This area comes with an outside table and seating as well as a bench seat tucked into the corner. From here you can access the garage and the enclosed yard.
All 3 bedrooms are equipped with Queens and built in robes as well as stand alone fans for your comfort. There is a main bathroom with toilet, bath and separate shower. The house also has a washing machine and WiFi for use during your stay.
This self contained home provides an ideal retreat for exploring Warrnambool. In the winter head to the Whale watching Platform off Hopkins Point Road and catch a glimpse of the Southern Right Whales or stop in at Flagstaff Hill and meet the local Maremma Dogs that protect Middle Islands penguin population.
In the summer enjoy Warrnambool's beaches, Lake Pertobe's summer markets or use the home as a base to explore the surrounding countryside and Great Ocean Road. There is always something to do in Warrnambool and Hotham Heights makes the ideal holiday base for your next adventure.

The accommodation was in good condition, and the house was very clean. We had a small problem with the water pressure in the shower, and it was fixed the day we reported it. The area around Hotham Heights is very quiet and peaceful at this time of the year. We were surprised by this because of its proximity to the beach.

The house was good and spacious. Utensils were plentiful. Location was prefect, very close (less than 5min drive) to the shops, restaurants and Lake Pertobe play ground where our kids loved playing at. I was disappointed that the owner did not provide a plug for the bath tub and my son could not have a proper bath all week. Having 1 toilet and bathroom combined was a big challenge- not ideal for my family, we had bathroom interruptions daily as someone needed to go to the toilet while there was someone having a shower. The property has an extra toilet in the basement but the owner has locked it away. The toilet seat needs some attention as it keeps sliding when in use. The shower also needs some attention as it leaks continuously even after turning it tight. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Warnambool.
