Goose Gully is a 4 bedroom home in heart of Warrnambool, ideally positioned for exploring this eclectic seaside town.
Enter via the gate on Koroit Street, parking off road in front of the garage - there is additional space on the nature strips outside. The well cared for garden provides a retreat from the buzz of the town, relax in the shade and enjoy dinner outsider or a quiet glass of wine. There is also an outdoor tap for washing down sandy boys after a day on the beach. You will also find in the garage a pool table for your use during your stay.
Head inside and you will find the first bedroom, spacious with one single bed. The other 3 bedrooms all contain Queen beds, built in robes or hanging space and garden views from your bedroom. There is one main bathroom that has been newly renovated with walk in shower and toilet and washing machine for your use during your stay. There is also an additional outside toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay - please note there is no dishwasher at this property - with fridge, gas oven, microwave and air fryer. The dining room table is extendable and has seating for 4. (There are additional chairs in the shed). At the end of the house is the living space with split system, seating for 7 and a variety of books to peruse.
