The living area features a cozy stone fireplace, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals for family and friends. Guests can enjoy the private balcony with breathtaking mountain views or unwind next to the fireplace on snowy days. Both bedrooms are comfortably appointed with king beds, and the queen sofa sleeper provides additional sleeping space for a total of six guests.
As part of Beaver Run Resort, guests have full access to amenities including ski-in/ski-out access, hot tubs, gym, coin-operated laundry, and more. Convenient on-site parking and a free shuttle to downtown Breckenridge make exploring simple and stress-free.

Winter parking begins 12/1 and will be tiered with $39/vehicle/night Sunday – Thursday and $42/vehicle/night on Friday and Saturday. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.
Elevator Access: This property offers convenient elevator access to the unit.
We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

The property was exactly as advertised. It is so convenient to the slopes and has everything you need. We were a family of 3 and enjoyed having the 2 full baths and bedrooms. Also, we made our breakfasts and lunches in the kitchen which was well stocked for a rental property.
