The rental was nice. Very thin walls. You could hear others in the same rental easily. Clean. Needed to update book on codes but was very quick to answer a text each time when I had a few questions. States ski in ski out but really isn’t. Prob a 1/4 mile walk to nearest lift.

Loved the location and the sleep number bed in the primary. The unit however is very dark and a little dingy. A few things not working (faucet, appliances), cheap and uncomfortable couch, and overall a little dingy and in need of a good deep clean and new carpet. Love this location but wouldn't seek out staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Los Pinos and the management was very communicative. We happened to be there during a winter storm so the walk to the ski lift was brutal, especially after skiing going uphill. In normal temperatures the town is very walkable, but if it’s below 10 degrees having a rental car is a must. Also, rent skis from the place at the base of snowflake lift. They will store them for free overnight and then you don’t have to carry gear half a mile uphill. The management company recommended a rental company in town which wasn’t really convenient for this particular rental. All in all we had a nice trip and definitely want to revisit Breckenridge-maybe in February of March next time for temperature purposes :)
