The Pent house has 1 King Bed in Master Bedroom, 2 Guest rooms with Twin/Full Bed Bunker Sets. All rooms have Air Conditioners and fans. Bathrooms have wall-mounted blowers & bath amenities are included. Kitchen fully equipped with Refrigerator w/Ice Maker, Stove w/ Oven, Microwave, Coffeemaker, Toaster & Sandwich Grill, Blender. The house was nice and had a fun rooftop terrace. We were worried about our Christmas Day arrival and not being able to buy any food. The host was kind enough to arrange to for us to get a small order of food from the grocery store and have it in the fridge for when we arrived. Above and beyond. Fun pools, fun beach, beautiful area.

Close to everything we did. Tough to find coming from the south! They didnt have our name at security station at arrival. After 1st time. They were great! Place was clean. Beach was nice but small.

Thank goodness this rental is behind gates. The neighborhood was definitely sketchy. Needed better details to locate the lockbox for entry. This was listed as “penthouse” but only because it was on the third floor (the TOP floor). Barely warm water in the showers. Very low water pressure. Cold water in the kitchen. There were 2 pools but one was filled with sand and the other needed repair. The chairs around the pools were broken.The owner’s instructions included being quiet after 9pm but I’m not sure why? Just over the balcony there was a bar or some kind of establishment that blared music until well after midnight. We were also advised to empty trash daily. There were 2 trash bags and our reservations were for an entire week. I inquired about more trash bags and was told there were 2 in the trash can and could go to the convenient store for more.Will definitely research better next time around.
