About this cottage rental
About this space
Little Spruce is a fully renovated cottage providing plenty of room for everyone. For the outdoor lover we are located perfectly to allow quick access to the wilderness for hiking or hunting. All water activities ( canoeing, kayaks, SUP, waterskiing, fishing etc. can be accessed within minutes. If you’re here to attend a wedding at any of the local venues we are only minutes away. For the snow lover the Village snowmobile trail can be accessed easily by crossing the street. For the skier we are within 1 mile from OAK MOUNTAIN SKI AREA and 40 minutes from GORE. Lake Pleasant and all the Village has to offer is a short stroll from the front door. Open the door, drop your bags and enjoy the Adirondacks! Check in at 4 check out 10
The space
The Cottage is very comfortable with a large modern kitchen and bathroom. The Living room has very comfortable leather furniture and fantastic WiFi. The upstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds and one full bed and still has plenty of space. The view to the wooded back portion of the property from the master bedroom, which has a queen bed, is stellar and the room is comfortable. The large bathroom with a tub and duel vanities also has a full laundry . The front porch is screened and a nice place to have your morning coffee. The property is very flat and has plenty of room for games. The fire pit is perfect for evening gatherings. The cottage is within easy walking distance to all the local stores and restaurants. In winter there is enough space for your snow mobiles and access to the state trails is within minutes and the screened porch also has plexiglass in place to make it a warmer location to still enjoy the outdoors.
Guest access
Guest have access to the full cottage and property and can check in at 4 pm with a 10 am check out.
Other things to note
Guests are asked to remove their shoes after entering the cottage. The use of the washer and dryer is permitted. All used linens and towels are to be left in the bathroom upon leaving. All dishes are to be placed in the dishwasher and washed. All food in the refrigerator is to be removed and all garbage is to be placed in the garbage cans. Recycling is requested and kept separate from household trash. If staying for a week or more the garbage should be taken to the curb by 7:30 am on Mondays (and Thursday as well in the summer). Access to the basement is not permitted unless directed by the owner. For our winter guests the driveway will be plowed after approximately 3" of snowfall and occupants are encouraged to park their vehicles so that the driveway can be plowed easily. Firewood is strictly regulated in the ADK so if there is no firewood already stacked for the fire pit the firewood must be purchased from local suppliers. Guest are welcome to use any dead fall wood but cutting a standing tree is not permitted. Check in is at 4 pm with a 10 am check out.

This is a charming home. It was clean and neat and had everything we needed. The owner was very communicative and helpful. We were within walking distance of shopping and dining, which was perfect for us. Also, this was a ski vacation for us and we were only minutes from Oak Mountian which was very convenient. We'll definitely be back!
