The unit sleeps six guests with two king-sized beds, one in each bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa.
Relax and unwind by the Kona Makai oceanfront pool, or enjoy a friendly game on the tennis courts.

Getting Around:
Getting around is easy from our centrally located condo, which includes the benefit of free on site parking for all guests. The property is situated about twelve miles south of Kona International Airport, a drive of approximately twenty minutes. While the shops and dining of Kona Town are within a short one mile walk along the coastline, having a rental car is highly recommended to ensure you can conveniently reach the island's most beautiful hidden beaches and diverse local sights.

Beach towels are provided for your convenience.
You will find beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, snorkel gear, cooler, and sand toys for your use in the unit.
This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted.
We understand that things don’t always go as planned — and we want to make sure you're covered just
in case.
To make your stay worry-free, you can choose one of the following options:
● Damage Waiver (Optional) – A smaller, one-time non-refundable fee that protects you from
unexpected repair or replacement costs, and helps us keep the space in great shape for all our
guests. This covers minor accidental damages that may happen during your stay.
● Safety Deposit – A higher refundable fee that’s returned to you as long as there’s no damage
during your stay. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 14 days, depending on your card
provider.

The condo was very clean and comfortable with minimal bugs, but needing some slight updates/renovations. It was also located in a prime area, walking distance from the main strip of bars/shops/restaurants. Having laundry and a fully stocked kitchen on site was super helpful for a long stay. The Host provided some basic home/beach supplies which were extremely appreciated and made staying here that much more convenient. The lanais were beautiful, a great place to have a morning coffee or read a book. The ocean access is not quite a beach, but more of a rocky alcove. Regardless, we made good use of it and really enjoyed our time here.

The air conditioning was a lifesaver. The pool does have a lot of rules but it’s nice. There isn’t a beach at the condo. The sofa bed could use an upgrade.

We had a few issues during our stay, but staff were very helpful and attentive. The owner needs to replace the furniture as the sofa and chairs are very uncomfortable. This is a nice 2b/2b in Kona that included starter supplies. Great management company with their own maintenance staff that were pleasant to work with. Hot tub and pool were very nice, kept sparkling clean with a view of the ocean and sunset from them. BBQs are just outside the pool area and there are enough so you won’t have much if any wait to use them. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Ample parking near the unit. AC units work well. It was a very peaceful stay.
