About this house rental
This cozy lakefront home features a large, covered balcony cantilevered over the deep waterfront on the East Side Narrows at Deer Lake. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the home can sleep 6 people comfortably between the 3 main floor bedrooms. Two of the 3 bedrooms have King beds, with the 3rd bedroom offering a Queen. TV's in living room, main bedroom and balcony (local channels only). Wifi provided.
Pets are allowed, BUT must be disclosed at time of booking. Some breeds may not be approved. We are flexible with weight but may result in adjusted pet fee.
Launch your boat or Wave runners at the public launch and dock it at your own private dock. Enjoy fishing from the dock, 2 lower decks or the main covered balcony right off the living room/kitchen area.
Arrive to a fenced patio with lots of privacy and room to relax and enjoy the views.
There are plenty of activities on and around Deer Lake. Take off hiking or biking right from the front door on dirt and paved roads around the lake. Catch large trout, perch and bass right from the covered decks and enjoy the cleaning station on the lower deck. Bring your own water toys or enjoy kayaking with the 2 kayaks provided for our guests. In addition to the parking spot for 2 vehicles just outside the fence, there is a place to park your boat trailer as well. Arrangements can be made if more parking is needed (fee may apply for additional parking)
Known for its deep water, swimming, fishing and boating, Deer Lake was once featured on HGTV’s Lake Front Bargain Hunt as one of the premier Inland Northwest Lakes. Only 10 minutes from a great Take and Bake Pizza & Ice Cream parlor, Dollar General, gas stations and more at Loon Lake, 20 minutes to Deer Park for all your shopping needs, and 30-min to Wandermere Movie theater and restaurants.
The home is completely stocked with dishes, furnishings, linens & towels. This has been our family lake cabin get away for over 30 years.
Our wish is for you to enjoy the peace the lake brings to the soul, making priceless memories, having fun and leaving all your worries and stress behind for a special get-away.
