The Houghton house is located off of a peaceful canal in Houghton Lake, just minutes away from the crystal clear waters of renowned Higgins Lake! It is basically a brand new home, just completed fall in 2022. We have been told it still has that "new house smell"!

This home is beautiful and just like the pictures! We will plan to stay here every time we are up at the lake. Phil was so accommodating and always answered every question we had. This is a must stay!

We had such a wonderful time at the Houghton house. We are a family of four with two young children, a three-year-old and one-year-old. The house an adequately fit our whole family and had plenty of children toys to occupy our kids. It was truly aWe had such a wonderful time at the Houghton house. We are a family of four with two young children, a three-year-old and one-year-old. The house a adequately fit our whole family and had plenty of children toys to occupy our kids. It was truly a wonderful day! And the location was perfect as well. The canal location was peaceful and quiet. We went to Higgins Lake State Park every day to swim 10 minute drive!!! The house was stopped wonderfully as well. We had everything we needed and some. They provided a ton of extra sand, toys, towels, and other items. Overall, we had a very great experience and I would recommend the whole house to any of our friends!

The house is very beautiful and clean. We had a wonderful time and felt very comfortable in this house. It is a quiet neighborhood which made it very easy to relax. As a bonus we saw deer every day that we were there. Excellent communication with the owners.

As advertised very beautiful, spacious, clean and in a great area for our group. Communication was quick and easy with the owners. Would definitely recommend this property
