Special rates for January and February.We have all the amenities for the entire family. Ideal for vacation, family reunions and large families. We are central in Ruidoso on the road to the Inn of the Mountain Gods.
Close to shopping. One of the few properties in Ruidoso that has easy year round access.
Separate quarters perfect as a master suite, with its own kitchenette, living area, and full bath. Also opens up to the serene river setting in the back yard. The gazebo sets next to the river and accommodates seating for everyone. A sitting area creek side for a quiet evening with a glass of wine.

Property was very spacious, cozy, very nice decotared with a Christmas theme. Pictures do not do it justices. My family loved it.

We did not receive the door code until several hours after check-in; fortunately last year's code worked. Otherwise everything was good.
