entrance. The next floor up has three bedrooms, and two bathrooms that share a
shower. This is the floor that has the front door. The next floor up is the
top floor that has the kitchen, bathroom, dining room, laundry room, large
deck with furnture and a grill. The unit has over 3400 square feet and is very
large and it is all one unit.

Greg is an excellent host, great communication prior arrival. The condo is cozy and definitely room for the whole family! Would recommend for others going with extended family and need a place for all to fit. Really close to downtown and the Ruidoso Winter Park.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. The owner was wonderful and very responsive, the local property manager was a very different story. We had a few issues with things not working and would always have to get the owner involved to contact the property manager for us because he would not respond to texts or calls. We had a great time and the cabin was very clean!! Would consider staying there again
